The story

Philip Morris France Seminary where top national sellers were invited for the promotion of the new IQOS.

The outcome

Creation of a board game containing challenges, questions-answers & speed tests in order to involve tobacconists groups & enhance their understanding of the product.

The detail

The format of the plenary was impacted. In small groups of a dozen people, the sellers were confronted by a game master, who challenged them on the subject.
